Operator and purpose
I freely consent to ООО «АВА ЛОГИСТИКС», address: 108826, город Москва, п Коммунарка, ул Потаповская Роща, д. 2 к. 1, помещ. 63к/п, processing my personal data to handle my enquiry through the AVA Logistics website, call me back and discuss my shipment requirements individually.
Data covered
This consent covers my telephone number, information I voluntarily provide in the comment, the selected shipment origin, enquiry language, submission date and time, request identifier and the record of this consent. I provide my own contact number and do not submit other people's data, identity documents or sensitive personal data.
Processing
I authorise collection, recording, organisation, accumulation, storage, correction, retrieval, use, provision of access, restriction, deletion and destruction, by automated and non-automated means. Staff handling the enquiry receive it through Yandex 360 corporate email, whose provider processes data on the operator's instructions. This consent does not permit public disclosure, advertising messages or forwarding the enquiry to overseas carriers.
Duration and withdrawal
Consent lasts until the enquiry is resolved or I withdraw it, whichever comes first. I may withdraw it by writing to info@ava-log.ru or the operator's postal address, specifying the contact number needed to locate my enquiry. Once the purpose is achieved or consent withdrawn, data is deleted within 30 days unless an independent lawful ground requires further processing, limited to that ground's purpose and duration.
Giving consent
I give this separate consent by actively ticking the relevant box and submitting the form. If the button opens my email app, I send the prepared email myself; opening it does not mean it has been sent. It does not conclude a transport contract or authorise advertising. The form does not send data without my affirmative choice.
