1. Scope and operator
This policy covers AVA Logistics website visitors and people making enquiries. The organisation identified above is the website owner and personal data operator. The policy follows Russian Federal Law No. 152-FZ on Personal Data. Processing of documents under a subsequent contract is governed separately by applicable law and that contract.
2. Callback and individual enquiry
Purpose: respond to an enquiry and discuss shipment requirements. Data subjects: visitors providing their own contact, including prospective clients' representatives. Data: telephone number, optional comment and selected origin, form language, submission date and time, request identifier and consent record with its text and version. The basis is the visitor's separate consent. Data is not used for advertising, profiling or solely automated decisions with legal effects.
3. Processing and recipients
The operator collects, records, organises, stores, corrects, retrieves, uses, grants access to, restricts, deletes and destroys data by automated and non-automated means. Enquiries are delivered to sales@ava-log.ru using Yandex 360 corporate email. Access is required by staff handling the enquiry and the email provider acting on the operator's instructions. Enquiries are neither published nor automatically forwarded to carriers or overseas partners. Other disclosures require an independent lawful basis; disclosures to authorities are limited to cases provided for by law.
3.1. Sending from your email app
When the form says Open email, your browser prepares the text and passes it to the email app you choose. Opening it does not submit an enquiry to the operator: you send the email yourself. The website does not store the draft or submit it to the form server. Your chosen email provider's terms apply to that delivery. After receiving the enquiry, the operator processes it under this policy.
4. Retention
Enquiry data and the associated consent record are retained until the enquiry is resolved or consent is withdrawn. Processing then ceases and data is deleted within 30 days unless an independent legal ground requires retention. Where a contract or a statutory obligation applies, only the data needed for that purpose is retained for the relevant period. Unused enquiries are not kept indefinitely.
5. Technical data and cookies
The current site has no advertising pixels, analytics counters, user accounts or tracking cookies. Fonts, images and videos are served by the site itself. The server technically receives the connection's IP address to deliver pages; enquiry content is not put in page URLs. When server submission is enabled, the application keeps a telephone hash and attempt counter for 15 minutes. These protect the form and are not used for visitor profiling. Connection data is processed to operate and protect the site on the operator's legitimate-interest basis, respecting visitors' rights. Any future analytics requires an updated policy and an appropriate legal basis before collection begins.
6. Location and protection
Collection and storage of Russian citizens' data must use databases in Russia. Enquiries use Yandex 360; cross-border transfers of form data are not envisaged. The application validates request contents and size, affirmative consent and submission frequency. Email access uses server-side authorisation. The operator restricts staff access, establishes enquiry and deletion procedures, protects accounts and provides an encrypted connection when the site is publicly operated.
7. Your rights
You may request information about processing, correction, restriction or deletion, withdraw consent and complain to Roskomnadzor or a court. Write to info@ava-log.ru or the operator's postal address. Specify the contact number associated with the enquiry and your request. The operator may request proportionate information to verify your connection to the enquiry; you need not upload an identity document through the website. Requests are handled within the time limits in Articles 20 and 21 of Federal Law No. 152-FZ.
8. What to leave out
Your own number and a brief description are enough. Do not send health information, identity or payment credentials, passwords, other people's personal data or confidential documents. A manager will separately agree a channel for any documents required later.
9. Updates
The current version is available here. Changes to processing purposes or conditions require updated information and fresh consent where necessary. A later version does not retrospectively expand an earlier consent.
